Led the full marketing strategy for Vinous Icons: Italy 2025, a flagship event celebrating Italian wine excellence. Developed and executed email campaigns with segmented audience targeting, crafted brand-aligned marketing copy, and built a strategic content calendar to maximize awareness and engagement.

Planned and launched a high-performing producer spotlight campaign, collaborated on content with Vinous critics and attending wineries, and forged partnerships with Italian restaurants and businesses in NYC for cross-promotion. Managed all event listings, guest communications, and ticketing logistics using a consistent, elevated brand voice.

Captured and created live content throughout the event and led pre- and post-event social media campaigns, including reels spotlighting Vinous critics and dedicated storytelling content for attending producers.
